Do you need to be home during the appointment?
Ideally, yes — at least at the beginning.
We collaborate on key decisions, then work independently once direction is agreed. The process is calm, efficient and respectful of your time.
Do we use your furniture or bring our own?
For occupied homes, we work primarily with your existing furniture to maintain authenticity and cost-efficiency.
We then layer in carefully selected accessories from the DOS Home Edit collection to elevate the overall presentation.
For vacant properties, we provide full furniture staging for key rooms.
How long does styling take?
Most properties are styled within half a day to a full day, depending on size and package.
A clear timeframe is confirmed in advance so expectations are aligned.
How long do accessories remain in the property?
For occupied homes, accessories remain for the agreed marketing period — typically covering photography and/or initial viewings.
For vacant properties, furniture rental is included for 30 days, with extensions available if required.
Do we provide cleaning or organising?
No.
We specialise in visual editing and styling for sale.
Properties must be professionally cleaned and prepared before our arrival to ensure the session is focused, efficient and impactful.
Do you offer photography?
Photography can be arranged by agreement.
We also work seamlessly alongside your chosen professional photographer to ensure styling translates perfectly on camera.
